By downloading or using GoFive, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Service

GoFive is a sports team management platform for organizing futsal events, managing payments, and facilitating team communication. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

2. Payments & Wallet

• Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By using payments, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• The GoFive wallet balance is non-transferable and has no cash value outside the app.
• Price adjustments due to RSVP changes are applied automatically to your wallet.

3. GoCoins

GoCoins are in-app reward points with no monetary value. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. GoFive reserves the right to modify the earning rules or redemption options at any time.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use GoFive for any unlawful purpose, to post abusive or offensive content in chat rooms, or to impersonate other users. Violations may result in account suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

GoFive is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
