GoFive ("we", "us", "our") operates the GoFive mobile application and the gofive.app website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

- Account data: name, email address, phone number, profile picture.
- Usage data: events you create or attend, RSVP status, payment history.
- Payment data: processed via Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
- Device data: push notification tokens, device type, OS version.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the GoFive service.
- To send push notifications relevant to your events and team activity.
- To process payments and manage your GoFive wallet.
- To calculate and award GoCoins based on your attendance.
- To display relevant sponsor ads based on your team memberships.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Firebase / Expo — push notifications.
- MinIO (self-hosted) — profile picture storage.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time from the Profile → Settings screen in the app.
